HOW DID I NOT KNOW ABOUT THIS!? I was just pondering the other day about doing a blog as an ode to cheese, thinking about how there should be an international day for cheese. Cheese is really one of the greatest foods ever. But hey! At least we have a festival! Unfortunately my weekend is pretty booked up so I may not make it, but now that I know something like this exists, I can plan ahead to next year!
